"The cashier was horrible! It was like pulling teeth to get her to speak. It was clear that she didn't want to be there. She didn't get the order right. The chicken was dry and over cooked. It appeared to have been cooked the day before."

"I had a great experience at this location today. Alyssa greeted me at the intercom and window which was pleasantly surprising! You don’t really get that at fast food restaurants anymore! She complemented me on how good my meal would be and even upsold me a apple pie! She wasn’t lying either my food was good! Thank you Alyssa! These are the type of people that should be considered first for promotions and raises! Hoping this review gets to the right people ❤️"

"At 6PM you only can use drive thru. Once you’re there, you’re waiting 19 minutes just to wait another 10+ minutes. Employees have nothing but attitudes even when they get something wrong. I’ll stick my mom and pops/local places. Do these fast food workers not see the future with robots taking their jobs? Terrible customer service. Calling corporate is useless also."

"This is the worst location in the city ...they had a lot of promise in the beginning but now it's just sad. No matter what you order you will be asked to pull into a parking spot to receive your order which defeats the purpose of a drive thru and its even worst if it's a mobile order. And the pictures of my supposed Mac and cheese should be self explanatory."
