"I ran by as soon it opened 10.30 am. Plenty of staff, only 3 clients. I ordered 1 grilled chicken sandwich. It took me forever to get it. But the most sad part is - the sandwich was absolutely cold. I had to microwave it and my office is 1 minute away from the place. The guy at the front was very polite though."

"The staff is so angry and reluctant to do the job that they get paid to do. For instance, they drag their feet and point at you like you're the worst customer ever when you ask what happened to your drink that's 10 minutes behind your incredibly simple spicy chicken sandwich meal, oh and, what happened to "my pleasure"? The Chick fil A staple? Worst Chick fil A I've been to and I'm from Charlotte. Also, the sandwiches are visibly smaller in size compared to other Chick fil A's outside of campus. That's how they compensate by charging a "cheap" price for it."

"I work at a Chick-fil-A in Raleigh so I know how things work in the kitchen and the front of house. I think there’s is no excuse for why this Chick-fil-A can have a limited menu, not use the app, and still be so slow. If I want to get lunch fast I’m going to go to Wendy’s or Panda Express. In my experience Chick-fil-A is the slowest food on UNCC campus"

"I ordered three spicy chicken sandwich meals on 5/27/22 just for one of them to have mold speckled on the bottom of the sandwich. I didn’t realize what had happened until a family member brought it to my attention and by then, this location was closed for the next few days. We began experiencing stomach cramps. I’d recommend going to a CFA where the ingredients are of edible quality instead of this one. 5/31/2022- I am updating this review. I went in and showed the manager working a photo of the mold on the sandwich, in addition to me having the receipt. She rudely tells me that I needed to bring back in the moldy sandwich for a full refund, and when I told her I threw it away because it had mold on it and didn’t want to risk it spreading further, she shrugged and commented that there was nothing else she could do. If you serve inedible food to someone, it’s your obligation to compensate the customer within reason. I won’t be eating at this location again."

"I finally made it to the Chick-fil-A on campus. I walked in and saw the long line but I was hungry and in the mood for good food. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got close enough to the registers to realize people ordered at kiosks way in the back, completely unable to be seen from where I was standing. No signs of "Order here" or "register closed". Needless to say I didn't have time to wait an additional 20-30 minutes so I walked away, hungry and disappointed."
