"I had a great fitting and bought two bras that I love. My issue is that I called to see if I could get one in black. They did not have it in stock and they would not special order it for me. Now I guess I’ll see if I can find it online, which I hate to do. I like to support local businesses. But I don’t understand why they can’t order a bra they keep in stock to meet the needs of a customer. I’ll be back but I am disappointed about the refusal to do a special order with no explanation except, “We don’t do that.”"
"My bra fell apart after 4 weeks after very minimal wear! After 2 years in nursing bras, I was so excited to do something for myself and try the Perky Lady. I followed their instructions very carefully - fasten in the back and use the swoop and scoop method as directed, store flat, very gently hand wash and wear minimally. And it still fell apart! I rarely wear bras since I work at home so this was probably only worn for at most 2-3 hours a day for 2-3 days a week while doing errands! I contacted the store and they refuse to do anything except offer $10 off a future purchase, which is very small when you consider how much these bras cost. A bra should not fall apart this quickly! I wish I saw the store’s recent negative reviews about other defective bras before I visited. It’s disturbing to see the Perky Lady’s response to these reviews because blame seems to be frequently placed on the customer. I planned to buy more from this store and recommend, but I cannot give business to a place that won’t stand behind the integrity of their products and prioritize customer satisfaction."
"After having a wonderful experience purchasing my own bras after a personal fitting, I brought my daughters for fittings this past Saturday and could not be happier with the attention and service we received. My oldest daughter is autistic and has special sensory needs and the perky lady staff made her feel comfortable and at ease. She has never had bras that fit her so well. Thank you Perky Lady!!!"
"I love this shop! I booked a custom fitting and the fitter, Elaine, was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I was amazed at how almost every item she brought me to try on fit perfectly and she didn't even take measurements - impressive! I've already purchased six bras and I'm extremely happy with all of them. I threw out all of my old VS bras after my purchase at Perky Lady because I wore one VS bra for half a day and it made me ribs sore because it was too big and poor quality. I'm so glad I found a shop with high quality, beautiful undergarments - no more boring or ill fitting bras for me! I highly recommend checking out this shop. You can walk in and get a free expert fitting too!"
"In response to your response. NO…we were not told the return policy verbally although yes…I will agree the return policy is printed on the back of the tag although it is printed in a fashion that looks like IT OS part of the advertisement of the bra. Not something customers would look to read. My daughter repeatedly told the clerk the bras were uncomfortable and the clerk told her they would “break in”. The bra we purchased did not feel uncomfortable at the time she decided to cut the tags but after three hours her skin was raw in the front and severe pain in the back as well. And BUYERS understand…the threat I made was no threat of harm. I told the clerk on the phone this was unacceptable and I would be certain to warn the public and potential customers of the terrible customer service you provide. I am laughing that you are telling me “for the safety of your staff and customers” I would not be permitted in your store. I have no intention of entering your store ever again but that won’t stop me from warning people on the outside. I have been wearing bras for 50 years going back to a time when quality was at its peak and I have never tried to wear a bra that made my skin raw. There is absolutely no good reason other than desperation for a sale that you would not exchange the bra for a different style. If it were underpants I could see your point but not for a bra. Again. Customers. BUTTER BEWARE. Do not shop in this store. Spent 1 hour being “professionally fitted”. Paid $140 for a bra that I could only stand wearing for 3 hours before the pain was too great. Was informed it was not exchangeable. UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE PRICE I PAID AND WAS INFORMED THIS WAS A PROPER FIT. not only is my chest raw from it but so is my back. BUYER BEWARE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
