"Whilden is one of the best boutiques in the area. Having relocated from NYC, I missed the boutique experience, and Whilden completely stepped-in to fill the void. Their inventory is constantly changing, so there are fresh items on a weekly basis. They also do special events with designers and with local artists. "Order some items online from Whilden, 4 items total. They waited days to ship and then cancelled 3 of the items saying they were out of stock. A minute after (literally) I got the email about the cancelled items I emailed back requesting to cancel my whole order as I didn't want to pay $10 shipping on one item. Hours later I get the response saying since they didn't hear back they only shipped what they had available (even though they didn't bother to take the package to the post office for 3 days after this conversation). Courtney Whilden (who I was emailing with) said she would refund my $10 shipping charge...which would of been great if she had ever done it. 6 days & another email later...crickets. Not to actually give me the $10 refund they offered is kind of ridiculous. Why bother to offer it?"
