"Love this place. The food is phenomenal. Staff is usually very friendly. Although on this recent visit for 1/13 the employees treated us as if we were annoying them when we had already placed our pickup order. Giving us nasty looks and assuming we were trying to order as they were closing. We stated we already have an order & that’s when the attitude changed. No matter what we are doing as customers everyone should be treated equal and with respect. The app should also allow you to order extra sauces without being charged for it. Best day to get the best value is Thursdays where you can get a whole chicken plus three big sides for $20. Chicken is baked and very flavorful. Cilantro rice and fries are also good. I also love the mint green drink they have"

"Trey at Viva Concord Mill is very professional, pleasant to speak to and very aware of his customers. Seems to manage a lot of things at one time and is nice when speaking to fellow co-workers and people at the register. Also comes out for curb service. Easy order and pick up at this location. Also good experience whenever we dine in."

Answered every question I had while also keeping a smile on her face. She seems very knowledgeable about her job as well as purely ecstatic to be there. Would definitely visit again."

"We used curb side pick up for first time at this location, it was an okay experience. We should have checked the boxes before leaving. This is the first time we have had burnt, dry chicken from Viva. This is not our usual location and we have learned the hard way that all locations are not equal in quality. We will not use the location ever again."
