I placed an order in the app, it told me it was unable to process my order but still took the money (which was my last until the next morning) and I had to wait 2 days for my money to be released back to me"
"I work close by, so I frequent this location quite often. I typically submit a mobile order for me and my coworkers, and the staff is always so friendly when I arrive to pick it up! They’re beyond hard working, and are very pleasant to interact with while you’re on your own lunch break, reeling from a hectic shift. I really haven’t encountered a single person who hasn’t been anything less than incredibly kind. Not a single bad experience. Also, their meatball subs with jalapeños… omg you’ll never turn back."
"I've really given this Subway the benefit of doubt but today was too bad. All the salami in my sandwich had that strip you find on a new pack of bologna. It was like floss in my sandwich. The sub wss unedible. So, I decided to take that loss and just eat the cookies from there. No! Stopped that quickly as they were....salty. I literally gave my money away as the entire order was not edible. Loos like it's Jersey Mike's from here on out."
"Went in today at 6pm, was immediately greeted by the staff, staff handled a kinda rude guest very maturely and kindly, I was super impressed! the manager was super sweet and nice and put a smile on my face, 10/10 would recommend, they all deserve a raise!"
