"Real nasty place. Trash everywhere, tables are not whipped and counter is dirty. Not recommend to dine in."

"We placed our order, but didn't get it for over 30 minutes. I asked several times about it. I was told that they were working on it the first time. Then I was later told that the drive through line was long. I said that I didn't understand. Are you saying if the drive through line is long, you don't service the people who ordered inside? If I knew I was to have to wait for the drive through orders to all be completed before my order was processed, then I would have gone through the drive through OR not eaten there at all."

"First of all the person taking my order acted like he didn’t want to, then they gave me the wrong milkshake and after fixing the right one I couldn’t even drink it. I didn’t order frozen yogurt it literally looks like frozen yogurt. After a while they just stared at me until someone eventually goes slowly “you waiting on something” and I was like yes I had a whole order only then did I get my food. It’s like they don’t want to be working there, the food was okay , fries were stale , nuggets seemed fresh oh and then after getting an empty bag of food I had to say can I get the sauces I had ordered, silverware, napkins , ketchup and even a straw for the yogurt and of course they get mad cause they forgot it."

"I swear I hate this place. I will never come back, 1st the guy drops my card on the ground in drive thru didn't even apologize for it, didn't give me bbq sauce and now after eaten almost half of my burger it's still pink smh. Never ever no matter how hungry I am this will not be a place I go to"

"Shake is awesome but seriously… this quesadilla is worse than Taco Bell… gross! My first time at a Cookout… hope the burgers are better"
