"Place was good overall. Was greeted by the owner who was friendly and welcoming. Food was good and was of good portion and fair price. The owner did state the flavor of his boils is in the sauce and the sauce is good for the most part but I still prefer to season the seafood beforehand but it could be a back home thing I'm used to and enjoy but I would still visit this place again especially to see about the blue crab. Also, parking is plentiful but you may have to walk a lil bit to reach his shop since it's apart of a strip mall type situation. Overall, he has better seafood boils than most I have tried here in Charlotte."

"Decided to try Mr. Seafood for Black Restaraunt Week. I had the garlic and butter steamed shrimp, with potato, corn and boiled eggs. 8 very nice size shrimp. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. My husband had the fried shrimp and fries. The drinks were great. Mango was my favorite. My husbands only call out was that the batter did not stay on the shrimp. You take a bite and it all falls. I told him given the crowd, they were most likely trying to simply knock it out and didnt allow time for the batter to sit on the shrimp. That was the only negative thing about the food. He said it was very well seasoned. While we ate there, it would have been nice to have more space. Would be a little challenging to have a party of 6-8 out of town guest to come eat here. Thank you for the great service. The front end/cashier was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be back here again."
