"If I could give this store half a star I would. The only thing they did correctly was immediately respond when you mention the phrase "we want a refund". I was in the area on vacation last week and my son was not happy when he didn't get his nuggets TWICE even after asking for fresh and hot food. So we got to the drive thru around 10pm the attendant said it was "cash only" so we assumed credit card system wasn't working and we happened to have cash to pay. Boy was I wrong and now know to leave next time this happens. Our car pool ordered 3 simple meals. We waited to the side for 15 minutes just to get bags that weren't even warm! After we asked for a refund they said "we don't give refunds" so we just told them if we could just get a redo on our order and not cold food thats all we really wanted at this point. So we got our redo on our order and just drove off. We told them a total of 4 times what our order was and they missed the nuggets both times, a chicken sandwich was also missing and there were no napkins, straws, spoons, etc in the bag. Thankfully our hotel had all that. I have never experienced this EVER in my life and I thought the fast food chains in my area were bad this store says "hold my beer". Hopefully the McDonald's across the street isn't as bad."

"This place is an absolute joke. You cannot close a restaurant for orders at 1:30 in the afternoon (for a shift change of course!) when people are trying to get lunch. That is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. And all I wanted was a drink. I don't know why they think that this location is good enough to closedown during rush times like lunch and dinner, but if they keep this up it'll be shutting down permanently pretty soon. There's no way that they can make any money this way..."

"I was told by the GM to stand out in the chills to place my order due to their dining room being closed. Very poor customer service. The fat dude was the GM and he could have opened the door to my order and locked it back. They need to knock that store down and put up a more trustworthy franchise"

"Apparently they shut down this location for a shift change because I couldn't even place a drive through order at 1:30 pm. I was basically told I would have to come back in 15 minutes because they were changing shifts, something I have never heard of after working in fast food for years. She wouldn't even let me place the order and park if i agreed to wait the 15 minutes because she said she couldn't have my order on a timer... I wont even waste my time going back to that place again especially since they we're not even fresh the last time i went for convenience being that its close for lunch"
