"The girl working today literally spent 15 minutes talking to her cracked out boyfriend where you order in the drive thru then proceeded to take another 10 minutes talking to him at the window, telling me to hold on a min. I left - rumor has it he’s still there."

"This place is terrible! Went inside and the manager was rude very rude and said only drive through I can't take your order inside..anyway my coworker went to the drive through nd waited 5 minutes behind a car that wasnt being serviced yet at the speaker.. i dont know how this place makes money if noone is serviced.. that place need to be shut down if not managed right. ..today is January 13,2024 at 12pm whoever works that shift needs to just stay home instead"

"I brought a gravy biscuit there this morning and the biscuit was hard and the gravy taste like water. I had to drive back to get a refund!"

"Hate this Bojangles. It's black owned and they are the perfect example why it's hard to support a black business. All the workers there are related to the owner and treat customers like trash, their attitudes are trash, and when they mess up your order they act like they didnt mess up and don't want to fix it. You cant even alter your combo to add chicken. Even at an additional cost. I drive all the way to Woodlawn bojangles. Their food is fresh and the workers are 10x professional."

"This is my 4th time within the last month going to this location on my way to work and they never have season fries only bo-rounds. I do know at one point and time in July there was a shortage but I know they received fries because the other locations have them. What I don't understand is why this location never seems to have fries in the morning. Are they trying to boost their bo-round sales cause they do cost more."
