"The menu board was not working. An African American employee man happily came over to explain there was some TD with the board and had a huge smile! Unfortunately, the white girl at the window was far from welcoming. I ordered a chicken biscuit and a coffee to find out they stopped serving coffee at 11 am... WHAT?!??! I told her the menu board was not working before the man came over, and she just said "oook"...... I could tell immediately she was already over the day. No help whatsoever."
"We were treated like Queens there!! Food was great as usual, hot and quickly prepared. The service was outstanding!! Friendly associates in the whole restaurant. Someone greeted us, checked on us to see if everything was OK, asked if we needed anything else. Thanked us. Opened the door for us as we were leaving. The most pleasant experience I have had at a "fast food" restaurant."
"The food was pretty good but the workers seemed more like it was the Girls Club than an actual job while they did was poke fun at each other laugh and joke around and got our order wrong twice and it almost seemed as if they were making fun of us when we were in there I cannot confirm that but that's just the feeling we got from our experience the restaurant itself is very clean and well-kept and the food was good when we actually got what we ordered and when we told the manager he was definitely on top of everything. Not that the workers are bad by any means but maybe separate them them on different shifts so that they're more worried about their job then their social life..."
"Let me start by saying I was feeling sick and really needed something to eat. I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit, but sometimes they have meat grease on and I don’t eat it. I made a special request, and let them know why and they said alright, with no complaints. When I got to the window the gentleman helped me and told me it would be the best egg and cheese I ever had in my life. I was delighted. So I went home and heated up the biscuit after my rough day…… and wow…. Just wow. I could taste the love in every bite. It WAS THE BEST BISCUIT OF MY LIFE. That’s why I had to leave a review. I could tell that whoever made it really cared and on a rough day food can really heal the soul. Thanks so much to whoever made my biscuit!"
"First time at Bojangles. Last week I took my mother in law to a doctor’s appointment in the area & she suggested we try it. I split a sandwich with mom & got a sweet tea for myself. I can see why people order gallons of it. It’s delicious! I enjoyed the original sandwich (it has a kick) definitely feel the spicy kick. The fries are seasoned and tasty! Mom is picky about her fries & she loved them. The only thing is…. I think there is a mayo sauce but it wasn’t evenly spread out. When I lifted up my bun there was only a drop of the sauce or Mayo. Next time, I’ll mention it for sure. I told the young ladies at the drive up window how much I loved their attitudes. They were just smiling and happy. Refreshing to see friendly & smiling faces :-) Will be back!"
