"Poor customer service. I purchased a Gold Level battery from them that was less than 2 years old and had left my wife stranded twice and because their testing machine wouldn't report the battery as bad, they refused to honor the warranty. They wouldn't listen to me, that ford hybrid cars are very picky when it come to the 12v battery. Anyway, purchased new battery from a competitor, my wife hasn't had any issues with car since. I guess if it was their family being stranded, maybe they would have cared."

Carl not only found everything I need,but took the time to explain how everything works together and he also took the time to show me how to hook up everything I needed.
