Jack in the Box

"I used the drive thru on Sep 22nd around 7:50 pm. Needed a quick snack while making stops. Tried the loaded spicy mini tacos. Could only pay with cash; not a problem. This is exactly what I saw when I took the food out of the bag before driving off. I know it's fast food, but if you're moving so fast that you don't see a problem with serving food presented like this, something's wrong."

"Nasty employees that clearly don’t want to be there, burger was DROWNING in mustard and ketchup and inedible, and burnt fries that were cold. Only the drink was usable. Not worth going in to complain because all I would get would be a equally bad burger with spit on it for sure. Sad."

"I usually go here every Tuesday night. At first I thought that I was going near closing time because the kids who work there seem over it, but now I see that they are open 24 hours, so I don't know what's going on. Maybe it is near the end of their shift. I don't know - that's not really my complaint. Working in fast food sucks, and I don't blame someone for not being chipper about it (working at a Jack-in-the-Box was the worst job i ever had, full stop). What I -do- have issue with is that they're always out of food! Maybe the supply truck comes in on Wednesday morning? Otherwise, how do you explain having no sides at all (tonight)? Or no soda except Dr. Pepper? Or no hamburger patties? Somebody needs to re-evaulate their supply chain because, even if it is the night before supplies come, they have at least another 8 eight hours before any truck would get there."

"I worked a long day just looking forward to some food that I know I love, I’ve been a jack and the box customer for over 10 years, I went to the order and the lady was very rude she said “what do you want” I ordered one drink and immediately she told me to “pull around” I didn’t even get a word out I was very sleepy very tired I wanted a meal she wouldn’t let me even speak when I said I also wanted a burger she said “so is this two orders or one? You said you just wanted a tea” not true at all I came to place my order like I would any other person and wasn’t even heard out I ended up leaving and just getting a frozen pizza at the gas station because I knew ordering enough food for my wife and 3 kids was just not about to happen with this lady! I hope she’s gone now never have I ever experienced this before"

"Always delicious!! Hot and fresh, the guy at the drive-thru was a little bit of a jerk but it's understandable with it being busy and being out of several drinks. I ordered curly fries but they were the regular fries. A little bit disappointed with those but everything else was spot on and perfect."
