"Felt compelled to leave a review after seeing all the negative reviews on this location! Our service was fast and friendly. Trevor took our order in the drive through and he was great and repeated our order to double check. Our order was packed correctly with all the correct items and sauces. Food was hot and fresh. We did not have a long wait at 12:30 on a Saturday."

"I visited Chick-fil-A after leaving work at the hospital nearby. The drive-thru had a long wait, so I entered the restaurant. Unfortunately, multiple associates, including two support managers on the floor, disregarded me. It appeared that profanity and being friends with the staff were prioritized over fulfilling guest orders. It was a terrible experience with a lack of delegation and execution from the management. However, Bianca took initiative and made the situation right. I suggest hiring more employees like her."

"The service was terrible. I was in line for about 20 minutes, and they asked me about five times for the name on my order. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, also there was a hair on my fries. Absolutely disgusting!"

"Check your bags people! if you order deliver check your bags as well, they left out my chicken on top of my salad and I had to go to them to get it, they would not answer their phone. Have to leave a bad review and well it is what it is. I went back for my chicken, they did not go the extra mile with this, in fact all they said was sorry…… I get yall just opened up but yall are already making simple mistakes. Try harder and fix it. Hard to want to go back once store, as leaving chicken out is a big mistake…… in order delivery so I can be at home……."
