Smashburger

"This was a really nice location when it first opened. The food is still good, but it needs some serious help on the maintenance side of things. Peeling paint, major water damage and floors that are extremely slippery. The rubber mat at the entrance looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least 6 months, and has a thick layer of grease and grime encrusted on it. For the prices they charge I expect a clean restaurant. Very disappointed."

"Went on a late afternoon. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The order clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. However, the side orders got messed up. My wife's buger was heavily charred, but was replaced with no hassle. Really liked the rosemary and garlic mixture on the fries and tater toots."

"I always order my burger online. It's the easiest way. I never cared for any of their fries so I never order those. No complaints. Burger is good as always and fresh."

"Had high hopes for this place but was very wrong. We walked in and the place was virtually empty. One person sat at a table and one person ahead of us in line. 28 minutes went by from the point of ordering to receiving our food. They claimed it was due to being short staffed, but there was one taking orders, one bagging orders, and 3 that I saw in the kitchen, with the bagger floating between the front and back. When our 46$ order arrived, our haystack fries were totally cold and dripping in grease. They were cold probably because the AC was actively blowing across the whole restaurant, my family and I were in jackets and still cold. We even changed to a different booth but no difference. When we asked if they could turn the AC off the cashier said they have no control over it and that it is always very cold in there. We asked again to a different employee who looked at us like we were crazy and then said it's not cold before walking away. Back to the food, the burger was definitely below average, cheese was not even close to melted as evidenced by the image below, and the salad was a solid ok. Overall I was very unimpressed. This was our first time to Smashburger and it will be our last. Sad, because I had such high hopes, but honestly I could go just about anywhere else, spend the same, or less, and get a much nicer burger and a restaurant that has a working thermostat. Don't waste your time or money here."

"We had a great experience. It has been a long time since being here, but we were the first ones in the door and we were greeted kindly, the manager clearly reviewed the order with us, and served quickly. The food was awesome! Just one personal preference is I thought the fries had a lot of oil on them, but overall a great experience and we will be back sooner. The whole staff was amazing and the attention to detail and cleanliness was 10/10!"
