"This was my grandmother and I favorite deli to get our subs and salads for years! We've been coming to this establishment since it was located off East Blvd. Not sure what has happened now, we recently ordered our usual items from the new location off Louise Ave. I write this review with a heavy heart because this was the 1st time I've ever gotten bad quality food from them. I was so disappointed. We ordered 2 subs and 2 salads spent close to $60 just for both subs to be extremely dry. The bread and well as the meat were very dry and as for the salads the dressing was very nasty. Didn't taste like the house ranch we are used to. Overall as a frequent customer I'm very disappointed and upset."

"The best sandwiches in the Charlotte area hands down. Their hoagies are phenomenal - bread from New York combined with high quality lunch meats and their prices are very low. What’s more to ask for? Lots of meat too in the sandwich. To me it’s all about the bread and that really stands apart from around here - so, so good!!!"
