"Food ordered Togo had Cheese with plastic still around it cooked into my food. The sandwich was missing the chicken, only having cheese, bread, bbq sauce and the plastic wrapping something came in. New level of could care less. Photo below is my chicken sandwich with no chicken but plastic instead."
"This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. We attempted to stop for dinner for a healthy option on the road but chose poorly. We tried to order at the kiosk only to find out they were out of almost all bread. They had barely ANY bread at PANERA BREAD. After trying several options on the menu we gave up seeing as we wanted sandwiches which contain BREAD and wanted the French baguette with our soup and croutons which they of course were out of. The entire 5 minutes we were in the restaurant we saw no employees and were greeted by nobody. It was 7pm and they were supposed to be open until 9- to serve what, I do not know. Horrible experience- do not stop here."
"There is a wonderful young manager here that needs a raise. He is professional and courteous. But some of the people that work on the food are very rude. Most shocking is that our last 4 orders from them have all been incorrect. Either missing regular items ( not extra things) like salad dressing or onions, or lett8ng my food sit there for 20 minutes behind them while I was waiting the whole time. They did not call my name, check my name, or acknowledge my order in any way. And when I tried to appproach the pickup area to ask, the woman rudely snapped at me they were "getting my soup" in a manner as though I had asked before (which I hadn't). I informed her I didn't have any soup.. and she said oh. . here's your order and pointed behind her. It's bad enough I have to order the food myself, and I now have to take everything out and double-check the entire order... but I need to be a mind reader too?"
"What has happened to this place????? Has Panera decided, as it's new corporate strategy, to self-destruct and run itself into bankruptcy? This location on 9th Street in Durham used to be good.......but my last 3 visits (in the last month, at 8:30am).....ONLY had 2-3 bagels on the wire shelves, were completely out of 3 different kinds of coffee, outdoor trashcan overflowing with previous day's trash (fly swarm!!!!).......gees what a way to run a business. The location on Roxboro Street in Durham is EXACTLY the same situation. Don't know if anyone ACTUALLY sees/reads these online reviews, but if so, I'd recommending spending your $$$$$$$ elsewhere; let this chain die a swift painless death."
"EW! Frustrated that I didn’t open my to go bag before leaving. How could you look at this and think “yeah that’s fine to serve to a customer”?! No clue what that white stuff is. Maybe dressing?! But there’s a closed container of (non white) vinaigrette in there too. And it’s all over the outside of the box. Disgusting. Not to mention the bread that looks like it’s been chewed on. Gross."
