"Was given attitude and was told I'd be charged for a sauce that was put on the order. Fries were cold. My biggest issue was the fact I wasn't shown respect when I showed respect to staff. Would NOT recommend this McDonald's."

"Food was good. The outside driver thru speaker is difficult to here from two weeks in a row its not been good. I've made them aware of the issue both weeks. Just avoid it if possible."

"So, today, December 22, 2023 I ordered McDonald’s for me and my brother and the order said only light ketchup and cheese. The milkshake was good and the drinks but i don’t blame the food it must been the driver. I ordered at 2:30 and it got picked up 30-45 minutes! So, I wanna say to order there but it’s just the driver and how the order was messed up!"

"It was a typical McDonald's as far as the food taste and quality. But this was by far the worst service experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I ordered my food to dine in and they put my meals in a to go bag after I told the cashier 3 times I was dining in. I had to tell her 3 times because she asked me just that many times. Okay, no big deal. So I got to the table and all my fries from both the meals were dumped out in the bag. Most were at the bottom. On top of that my 4 apple pies that I ordered, 2 were missing. I checked my receipt to make sure it was paid for and it was. So I went to the counter to tell them about the missing pies and they were totally rude. 3 of them completely ignored me when I repeatedly said "excuse me miss". They were speaking Spanish to each other like they couldn't understand that I was trying to get their attention. Then another walked past me as if I wasn't there when I asked for her assistance as well. Finally one of the original employees I was trying to get attention finally acknowledged me and gave me my pies after checking my receipt. I never even mentioned my fries getting dumped in the bag. I just settled for what I got and frustratingly ate my food. This place customer service is terrible."
