P.F. Chang's

"I have been going to P.F. Chang’s for years and the food is always amazing! This PF changs seems a bit understaffed but our waiter was amazing! The downside was that several tables were dirty and the floors could use a nice sweep/ cleaner bathrooms. You would just expect a nice restaurant like this to look cleaner. This might come down to short staffing but not sure. Get the honey shrimp it is very tasty!!!"

"Came out for a NYE dinner. Made reservations for a party of 6 at 7pm. When I arrived, they did let me know that they were running behind, so we would still have to wait an additional 15-20min in order to get our table. I was a but annoyed, but I understand it is a busy evening, so I figured waiting that much more shouldn't be a problem. Ended up being sat at 7:20pm. Now, this is where it goes downhill. I'm sure our waitress was super overwhelmed and tired from the night, but all in total, it took about 40 min to get our drinks (soda, tea) out to us and almost an hr. For our alcoholic beverages to come out. The food took about an hr. As well and it came out in parts. We ordered sushi and unfortunately only received 1 and still had to wait to receive the other one. Now, the food was AWESOME! We ordered the lettuce chicken wraps, calamari, pad Thai, and shrimp fried rice with 2 shrimp tempura rolls. It was delicious! The dishes were family style serving, so we were able to split in between 4 of us (in our family party) and even had some left over for seconds or if anyone else wanted to try some. The sushi was delicious and fresh. Overall the food is delicious and love coming here but we may stay away from any big special holidays. They were super busy, and im sure everyone was overwhelmed. A lot of our food and drink items were wrong, so that was some additional waiting time. We did speak with the manager, and they ABSOLUTELY did work with us and took care of us, so that is always a plus for us. I have always loved coming here and will continue, but I definitely will recommend staying awY during holidays. This is located in Phillips place and does have parking but around the evening time it can be full so it make take a while to find some parking."

"I gotta give a shout out to Will and Blaze for giving outstanding service and making me feel at home. The food was great, the atmosphere is always so relaxed. Glad this is close to home. Crispy green beans with Mongolian Beef, (Swap the rice and get some lomein noodles with it.) Enjoy!!"

"We made reservations, and there were five of us. The server did not know basic serving skills. Our food came out at different times. The tables all around us were dirty the entire time we were there. There were three bartenders behind the bar just chatting and no one thought of clearing tables as they go back-and-forth Managers were bringing out random dishes at different times, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. When we ordered a bottle of wine, the server brought the wine to the table and just sat it there and never came back to open it. She also never brought us the right wine. She never refilled our waters. And the food is not like it used to be. They don't have any vegetables that you can order on the side and it was just awful. We have been going here for many years and this will probably be the last time. Also, we have all worked in the service industry and we have been coming to P.F. Chang's going on 15 years now and we know what type of service we should have received."

"It was my first experience at PF Chang's and it was good. The waiter was pleasant and patient in explaining the menu. I was greeted warmly. I didn't experience a long wait time. The food was very tasty. We all order different dishes and I was able to sample the others."
