"Rude employees with terrible attitudes. On top of that my order had tomato when I asked for none. I had a random spicy nugget in my normals- my food- somehow all of it- is cold??? and they didn't even give me my fries!!! Awful service with a much too long wait time. Wish they'd tear this place down already if they aren't gonna even try to provide decent service."

"First & foremost I must say I’ve eaten from this location numerous times. Never have I had such a horrible experience there that I decided to write a review, though other reviews reflect the experiences I’ve had, too. Firstly, Sat. Dec 23rd 2023 my bf went to this location to pick up a mobile order for us that I had placed. I always get the apple pecan salad from Wendy’s & got it numerous times from this spot in the past! But my bf pulled up & they told him they don’t have salads and they cancelled it on my order. Okay. Odd, but maybe they’re out of ingredients & not saying that specifically. I decided on chicken nuggets, fries, a burger & a sweet tea. He got a biggie bag. Nothing appears bad or smelly, but ya know, it’s fast food so expectations can’t be extremely high - we know that. We ate everything…& the next morning, my bf wakes up to take me to work at 5 am feeling sick. He said he felt like it was the flu. He still took me to work, went home to throw up & had diarrhea. He was able to sleep for some time & said he felt better by the time he got me from work. I had ate at work, came home, & slept until 5 in the evening. I woke up with a funny feeling in my stomach & next thing I know I was throwing up, followed by diarrhea, chills, low grade fever, & a headache that turned into full body aches. I thought I was gonna end up in the hospital bc I couldn’t keep water down. Now… Thing is, I’m a server, & have a food handler’s card…..& about 2 hours into being sick, it came to me that we definitely had contracted food poisoning. I am beside myself on how this location is operated & now the food is questionable as I am sick still 17 hrs later. There is no choice for me at this point but to call the health dept & report this location because there is no doubt in my mind it’s food poisoning. Had i been less severe like my bf’s case I wouldn’t be so pressed, but i really thought i would need to be taken to the hospital last night. Again, this was on 12/23/23. Beware of this Wendy’s. I will never return."

"The service was poor and dismissive. There were no clean tables, and the floor was so dirty with vomit smell!! The food was cold!! And not tasty. The fountain drink machine was out of most flavours. Will never come back to this branch"

"I have never been in a worse Wendy’s! The service was poor and dismissive. We stopped for coffee, tea, and a snack. The cashier said “we don’t, have coffee.” So we asked for hot tea, again “we don’t have hot tea.” We asked for soft drinks, again “we don’t have soft drinks.” We ended ordering a wrap, two French fries, and a lemon aid. The ketchup dispensers would not work. We returned to the cashier and asked for ketchup. She stated “we don’t have no ketchup.” She gave us some barbecue sauce and honey mustard. The Wendy’s was in total unkempt condition. I needed to clean the tables as there were no clean tables available and the floor was so dirty our shoes were sticking as we walked through. My recommendation would be if you visit this Wendy’s to bring your own penicillin."

"Very good hygiene rating not characteristic of most fast food places in Charlotte. The cashier was polite and knowledgeable. The wait time was short and the food was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend."
