"By far, the best Bojangles that I have ever eaten at. The staff was super friendly, superfast and the food was really good. Didnt even need any ketchup. I wish they were all like this, all the time."

"Sign on the front states “open until 11pm.” When I stopped at 10:05 before I could order I was told “all we have is tenders and fries.” When I said “ OK, I guess I’ll take that then.“ I was met with annoyed sigh. From my half filled drink, to never asking me if I wanted any sauces, and not including barbecue after I asked for it, The cashier certainly did everything she could to make it seem as though I was bothering her. General management may want the restaurant to stay open late into the evening but it’s clear that the employees certainly don’t want you there. My suggestion would be to either stay open late and provide the full menu and some level of decent customer service, or close earlier, rather than making your customers feel like annoyances."

"This Bojangles just lost a customer. Went through the drive-thru explained to the cashier I had 2 separate orders. She was very rude about taking the orders so I pulled off and went to the Bojangles on Sunset where the cashier there was extremely pleasant and actually calmed my irritation from the first encounter. I come to this Bojangles at least 3 times a week for me and my coworkers so I spend a decent amount there. Won't be going there anymore."

"A bit more on the expensive for the size of the tenders in the family pack. Almost 40 bucks for 10 dinky strips. That being staff the staff was absolutely great and extremely attentive."
