"Edit. They have 3 people working and won’t stop doordash orders. I came inside and no one was moving . Two days in a row I’ve sat in the drive through forever in a line that doesn’t move. I’m still in this line. It’s 6:44 and I arrived at 6:30. This is out of hand! I don’t understand why cars sit at the speaker for 10 minutes each"

"Unbelievable how you made people wait in the drive thru last night for almost 45 minutes. I got to the line and see 4 cars ahead of me then as soon as I got to the line . No one answered the intercom. I see people trying to get inside the store but the doors are locked. Cars behind me started leaving. Not sure why the lock they doors but it’s very unacceptable and will not be coming back to this location. Made a complaint to corporate they need to shut it down or get new people or a manager"

"I dont know what happened to this Wendy's. But I will never buy their service as their quailty has gone down hill compared to 3 years ago. It has to be new ownership. Because we ordered food online and we waited 45 minutes to get our food before we tried to get manager. But the manager was blatantly rude and actually picked up a CALL in front of us and asked next person to handle us which I assume is a shift manager. That was it. We called the corporate to file a complaint and and asked how to get refund since the "manager" Issiac didnt want to resolve the simple online order issue. This location needs to be either shut down or have new management."

"Although they were short staffed, they did an amazing job. The wait wasn't long, everything was fresh and hot. I love the way the employees get a long, so much laughter in the building. That is a good thing. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love it"
