Wendy's

"Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did we have to go back through the drive thru again to get the burgers they didn't give us.... but they STILL managed to undercut us by a burger. This is probably the WORST Wendy's I've ever had with customer experience. Do not eat here unless you order 1 simple combo, because there is ZERO assurance you will get all the food you ordered. Will never come back to this location, better off taking your chances with McDonalds on Fairview Rd. Update: I lied, I went back ONLY because this is the only Wendy's on my way to work in the morning. I did order breakfast. And I did receive everything I ordered which was strangely a first. I guess the morning shift is better than the evening shift? Idk. So, I added a star. If Biscuitville put a location somewhere in South Park, no one would go here for breakfast, nor would they go to McDonald's either. 2024 Update: Wendy's changed their menu, checkout their new Asiago Chicken Sandwich y'all..... Looks good right? That's after they asked for the bags back to check the items were right.... And yepp.... I guess they're right, right? I can't even with this Wendy's anymore."

"3pm drive through was UNBELIEVABLY slow. Got 3 frosty drinks. It took 20 minutes to take my order and another 15 to get my drinks. Server was very polite and nice, but wow, I'll never wait in that line again. Two others drove before getting food out of frustration"

"This is a poor excuse of a Wendy’s franchise. I live right next to this location and refuse to go there. The food is subpar compared to any other Wendy’s, tastes like it was microwaved. They take only 1 order at a time in the drive through and won’t even take the next order until they fulfill the first one. I literally drive a couple miles down the road to get Wendy’s when I live right next to this one. This owner needs to make some serious changes because the location is beautiful."

"This wendys is terrible. I ordered a biggie bag with spicy nuggets medium size drink and fry with sweet n sour and ghost peppercorn sauce. They gave me bbq sauce and regular nuggets and my burger had ketchup all over the top of the bun. Wasted my lunch break being bothered with them. Completely ruined my day for a $6 meal. And this is almost always with them. They mess up the order every time, no point in ordering they’re just gonna surprise you anyway!"
