"If I could leave no stars for the service I received I would. I believe the cashier I had was Ramiya at least that’s what it says on my receipt she didn’t have on a name tag. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a mango passion sweet tea. It seemed as though Ramiya had an unnecessary attitude with me for something that wasn’t my fault. I ordered inside but for take out and when I received my drink it looked like a lemonade when I ordered tea, I doubled checked with Ramiya before leaving are you sure this is a tea and not lemonade. She rolled her eyes and said it should be a tea. When I got to my car and tried it, it was in fact a lemonade clearly lighter than the tea as I suspected when I went inside. I went back in to say it was a lemonade may I please have a tea and with an attitude Ramiya responded well go get the drink instead of just fixing her mistake. I said oh sorry I’ll go get it then she smacked her teeth and said under her breath yeah go get it and walked away. So I went to get it from my car and waited patiently for her to finish with another customer. She then just stood there in front of me, like directly right in front of me inches apart when I had the drink on the counter. She then reached her hand out and didn’t try grabbing the cup until I passed it to her when I clearly put it in her reach. So I picked it up and passed it to her, she snatched it from me and rolled her eyes like I was the problem when I simply wanted the correct order. She then poured it into the drain at the drink station which I’m sure is against health code violation and threw away the cup then helped another customer before even getting my correct order. I don’t understand why it was such a issue when it was her mistake. I thought this was handled very rude when all it needed to be was a simple apology and fix the mistake rather then all this unnecessary attitude. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. It was not the pleasant customer service I am use to at Chick-fil-A. I could have been allergic to lemons or anything and there seemed to be no sympathy when it was her mistake."
"Mediocre food and unpleasant/unprofessional staff. On a Monday evening, the trash cans are full and the employees walk right by the overflowing receptacles. Brady (I think that’s his name) was an absolute delight; very professional and kind. All others (manager in a grey shirt included) behaved as this was a McDonald’s in an impoverished area. The young staff on a dinner break were cursing at their table and acting immensely immature (a young girl and boy). Food was rubbery and overall not goof quality. Totally unacceptable for this area and for the price I paid for subpar food. Hire better! Do better!"
"This morning I came through the drive thru and both lanes were open. I took the lane that has to merge back into the first lane. I was told to pull up to the window and placed my order. I paid for the order and was told to pull into the reserve drive thru parking lot space. We waited for almost 10 mins for our food and the food was lukewarm. Not hot like it should have been. My complaint also includes the fact that the main drive thru lane had no one waiting. If Chilafil only wanted to work one lane the second lane should have been coned off. There was no blockage nor signage stating to not go into that particular lane. The wait time was unacceptable when the food was semi-warm."
"I would recommend finding a different location, there are at least 40 cars in line and it’s not moving. Wish I would have looked at the restaurants rating before pulling in. No I’m stuck."
"Sat down and within a few minutes I had an associate spraying cleaner all over the windows around me. I appreciate the attention to detail but I can't even finish my meal because all I taste is chemicals. And a throbbing headache. He sprayed the window 5 separate times within 3 feet of my face, trying to get some fingerprints off. Walked 2 miles and wasted $10. Won't be coming back. This is what I threw away."
