"Food was ok. Service was awful. I ordered on the app ahead of time within the mall. Got to the pickup area. My order said “complete” on the app. My name was called so I went to pick up my food. Was told my order was for another person with the same name. So I waited. And waited. And waited. My name was called again. But It was the wrong order and belonged to the other person with my name (who got my order). The pick up lines kept getting longer and only one person was handling pick ups. The Manager of this store needs to seriously get their act together. I’d expect this at any other place, but not from Chick-fil A. This is the worst location for any of their franchises. I’ve experience stuff like this here before."

"Filthy store. They store food in the back hallway. The bins come in contact with dirty mops and used rags. I’ve seen the employees in the back picking there nose. Gross"

"This staff obviously failed the Chick-Fil-A Customer Service training course. I have never been treated so poorly. I placed a mobile order. Checked in. I was told my order was not yet ready. (Large Fries, bag of chips & a tea) I waited….and waited…and waited. Ppl walked up, placed an order and left quickly. I waited….So, I asked to cancel my mobile order and order directly from the cashier. I was confronted by a middle aged employee who was so rude. She said, “You don’t have a mobile order! I cannot take your order without your mobile order number so I can cancel it”This franchise obviously isn’t a part of the main Chick-Fil-A family."

"I'm very disappointed with our order today especially when spending over 60 dollars for the few items we did get. Our child nuggets, sauce, and toy was missing. No dressing for the two Cobb salads ordered and missing sauce for our son's meal. Can't blame on Doordash driver because the bag was sealed. Never had this problem in our state. Will not order there again if we visit Charlotte NC in the future."
