"Cute stuff by locals, but the store itself does not give out receipts. Even when they say we will email it you. Twice the receipt didn't come to my email. Yes, I made sure it was the right one, the merchant let me double check both times. One said you can return clothes with a receipt. The other said no returns. Frustrating."

"I remember walking through Carolina Mall honestly underwhelmed until I stumbled across this place. They have BEAUTIFUL prints and frilly feminine dresses at an amazing price point for a modest working woman. I rarely wear pants to work and church so I am always on the lookout for chic one of a kind dresses that I can wear to both and this store has them.
