"This is the first time I've had to leave a review for anything. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 minutes in the drive through lane and when I got to the speaker I was told to wait. She got back to me after 2 minutes and I told her I was there to pick up my order which explicitly said drive through pick up and was told that I had to park and go in to pick up because my order wasn't ready yet. I asked her how she knew it wasn't ready yet if I hadn't even given her the order and she said none of them are ready. Then I go in and it's barely even busy, the manager was at the drive through not even helping the rest of her staff. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get through the inside line despite there only being 2 people ahead of me. Once I told them my order, I had to wait an extra 25-30 minutes until my order was even ready and none of the sides were correct and I had to ask for each one. I went back home and saw three of the tiniest chicken tenders in ond of our orders and it was cold on the inside. definitely my worst fast food experience ever, if not just the worst food experience ever. You'll get your food faster if you just go the extra distance to another Popeyes. One of the most dysfunctional kitchens I've ever seen. Ended up getting home after over.an hour of placing my order."

"I placed a mobile older, arrived through drive through, the person who took my order said, "Drive up & park, we're making order fresh and it will be 6 minutes". This was at 7:06 p.m and I waited 20 minutes, but no food. I walked inside with my son and advised them the above and what's taking so long? The same guy apologized and someone else "just" printed my ticket & literally turned around to START packaging my order after 25 minutes now. The presentation of the staff's clothing to their manerism & customer service is a disgrace to the company. My child even noticed everyone's pants sagging off their behinds & how unprofessional they look. There was no one dining in and not much cars in the drive through, but there was so much chicken just piling on top and sitting there for a while. I made a comment to the whole staff for future reference it would be good customer service if someone's order is running late, have someone go and update the customer. There was a guy that acted as if he was in charge & state, "Didn't he he tell you it would be a few minutes wait?" And I stated, "No, he said 6 mins and now it's past 20 mins with a mobile order." Then he said, "Oh." I said to the whole staff, "Have a good night" & then they said you too and laughed as we left to go back to our car. I did get an extra apple pie & regular red beans & rice side. I get home and I asked for mild chicken & I got spicy. The chicken was soggy & dried out. The Mac & cheese looks old as hell, plus only half the container was full. The french fries was dried out & stale. I've ordered from this place 15 plus times & tonight definitely was the most disgusting the food was & the WORST customer service ever. These adults in there are grown men acting like teenagers."

"The service is consistently TRASH. And the food is hit or miss. The Tryon, Sunset, and Harrisburg locations are by far THEE worst Popeyes I've ever frequented. I really wish they would train and hire better. You order on the app for DRIVE THRU, they make you come inside. You want to order inside, they insist no inside ordering, go to the DRIVE THRU. Orders are always made incorrectly and food is inconsistent. This chicken cooked in old grease, overly breaded, and sides are half filled. #FixItJesus"

"Brand new open franchise and service is terrible. Who owns this place and hired these terrible employees? No how can I help you. No thank you. Nothing. Wanted all white and young employee stated they don't do customizations. Since when? Unfortunately this location is already trash and unless they let the whole staff go and start over? We will not return. We do not have time for stank attitude and on top didn't bag our biscuits. Food temperature was decent. Fries for a family meal disappointed. 3 small container of mashed potatoes... Mind you cost was around $43. Won't return. Please be warned if you dare"
