"I’d give it 0 stars but that isn’t an option. I sat the ordering speaker in the drive thru for an additional 15min after being addressed. I left because during that wait time, there was no check in or progress with the cars ahead of me. This isn’t the first time or third time I’m sad to say. They need a new crew or just keep the teenagers out of this location or simply shutdown unless they enjoy paying employees to lounge at work."
"Every time I go here it’s a nightmare. Couple months ago waited 50 mins for an online pick up (only supposed to be 20) but last night took the cake. We ordered two grilled chicken combos. After waiting 10 mins (only ones in line) we drove home to this disaster. Legit going to ask next time if I need to bring my own bread. Jk never going again."
"It’s 723p how y’all not have any sides besides mash and fries. I can understand a sauce shortage but an entire menu. No pies like literally everything I asked for they didn’t have. Like do better they also so lazy here. I heard her say OMG as if she was bothered another customer pulled up smh. its sad to say but every time the establishment is majority black ppl (my race) in Charlotte its service, atmosphere and food suffers from their low vibrational attitudes … like don’t say the truck didn’t come more than likely someone didn’t correctly take stock. Then missed my fries and burnt my baby biscuit like get it together before rushing me from the window. These women incompetent asl except the one that found my receipt smh"
"This is the absolute FILTHIEST Bojangles restaurant I've ever been in! Every table in the places looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The floors were both greasy AND crunchy. No napkins, straws, condiments or utensils were to be found. When I went to the front to order, the young man at the register was texting on his phone. He said "hold dude, I gotcha," then continued texting. After he was done, he said that it was his momma, and then took my order. They only got one thing wrong (they forgot the sweet potato pie I ordered), but at this point, I considered that pretty good to only screw up slightly. All the whole, you could hear the kitchen staff screaming and laughing like they were at a Saturday night rave. I mean LOUD! Apparently, they were all unaware that they were at work. While we're talking about the kitchen stuff, let's talk about the kitchen. The filth and mess extended from the dining area into the kitchen. You could see garbage, straw wrappers, and food debris all over the floor. The food was okay but a little bit greasy and colder than it should be. Overall, I would suggest that anybody in this area skip this. Bojangles and go buy some lunch meat at the Walmart on the other side of the parking lot to make your own sandwiches. It'll be about the same quality of food but bound to be a lot cleaner."
"Utterly disappointed!!! I’ve had this bojangles sandwich before. Please see photos. Was told this is how the sandwiches come. I know how bread machines work. For them to tell me this is normal. Only proves more so that people don’t care anymore these days (minus Chick-fil-A workers). Cost: $4.45 chic fila sandwich plus tax $5.49 Bojangles sandwich plus tax The machine just needed to be clean. When I asked to switch for a supremes meal they then gave me a burnt biscuit and tenders with undercooked fries. Safe to say, I’ll never attend this location again. I might never attend another bojangles for that matter as well. Chick-fil-A will forever have my business…(Other issues, this location had at least 6 workers working. Dining room was closed?? I did mobile order and employees act like don’t get mobile orders. I do not recommend ordering thru app. Whole experience was nightmare, please avoid this location. )"
