American Deli

"Ordered through Uber eats and someone stole my food before my driver got there. American deli refused to remake my food and refused to tell my drivers that they weren’t remaking it until the 8th one and 2 hours later. All the while I’ve been calling them and getting sent straight to voicemail. Worst service ever"

First of all I know they are located on Beatties Ford....btw I live in the area but I've always gone to the location on Wilkerson been going there for years no problem...to make a long story short nothing like Wilkerson I ordered a chicken cheese steak and wings ...let me just say if u want American deli...go to Wilkerson or N Tryon.. wouldn't be suprised if they'll be closed soon...I went there so u dont have to....."

"Service was good. Hated the thick breading on the chicken. Loved the steak on the sub. But the order was mixed up. I wanted no green pepper add tomatoes and lettuce. Son ordered no mushroom. My tomato and lettuce was on his no mushroom sandwich! Was a little upsetting cuz I dont like green pepper and was stuck with it. And he hates mushroom and was stuck with it. The fried rice is not so good but the shrimp on top was ok. Maybe we will try again in the future and make separate orders."

"I love American Deli the Beasties Ford location the staff is Rude they never in uniform they the music is inappropriate for that type of establishment. When you walk in knowing the reach they standing there. Eating in your face. Why they're taking your order? There is no way to order online or call in and order because they don't have a phone. The last time I went they had a low grade of an '83 which is horrible for an American deli... American deli is my favorite spot to go this location I really good cooks but the front counter sucks and never been to American deli with bad customer service like the one off Beattie Ford road if there's a manager on duty, you never know who it is because they don't make their self known I have watched them make food with no gloves and don't wash your hands"

"Wings always has a slight odor, (I don’t like American Deli’s chicken supplier) as if they were getting old. They taste like this Everytime. They’re also small wings. They give 2 small ranch for a 20 piece order wings. There was a 20 min wait!"
