Bojangles

"Normally love this bojangles but today just wasn’t it. First of all came in the middle of the day and no chicken so had to wait what seemed like forever for them to even marinate and cook it. Then get home to get ready to eat and they left all my biscuits out and shorted me chicken in my family meal which isn’t cheap! Should have been more focus on making sure customers orders are correct!"

"Worst customer service experience I've had in decades. Ordered through the Bojangles app, got to the restaurant, waited about 5 minutes to be told they didn't have chicken, its 2 hours until they close, I see chicken in the hot box, boxes are being made and delivered to drive through guests. I paid on the app, and they processed the order at the restaurant because I saw my order go to my history in the app. I'm told they can't give me my money back because I didn't pay at the restaurant. I need to contact "the app" for my money back. The app just lists the store phone number. Other people come in and get chicken, but they have no more for me. Will be calling customer service in the morning... or my credit card company. I guess it's time to give Popeye's a try.... sad thing is I love Bojangles."

"This place has gotten so bad! Got served very hard seemed like day old biscuits and the sausage was undercooked total garbage! Save your money folks!"

"So I order Bojangles from Uber eats, when my food get here the fries are cold which is to be expected. the sausage biscuits was white but on top of all things and luckily I have habit of looking at my food before eating. There’s a staple in my food. What if I didn’t look? This is unacceptable and almost feels done purposely."

"For it to have been around 6:30 when I ordered my food, my fries SHOULD NOT have tasted like they were sat over night or recooked in old grease, the bacon was burnt and the biscuit wasn’t done. You open at 5/5:30! What a waste of $7! DO BETTER!"
