"They need to be trained with customer service skills. The younger generation doesn't have any politeness in regards to working in fast food. The food was 3/10 it was lukewarm and wasn't fresh. Pulled up to the window they were cursing and just randomly loud conversation. Not a good look. Management needs to be there at night to prevent this type of action."

"Customer service is trash and so is the food. You can come here and have 1 car in front of you and still wait 10 minutes for “fresh” food and it be cold And stale. I won’t waste any more of my hard earned money here."

"Ona real note this the worst bojangles I’ve been to, the service was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The lady taking my order, acted like she hated her life. She was eating a meal while packing my meal so that didn’t make much sense. All four workers had a terrible attitude and honestly it made me lose my appetite. The lady taking my order had food all over her mouth. I didn’t know if I should tell her to wipe it off or not."

"If Bojangles would "love to have me back" then perhaps make refunds an option. I placed a curbside pick up order online. When I arrived I waited quite a while. When no one came out I went in to get it. I was told they were out of white meat and slaw, which was the majority of my order. I asked for a refund and was told they can't give me one in the store and to look up a customer service number and call to ask for one. There is no customer service number on the website. There is only a survey option. So I'm out $10 for food I never received."

"Literally the only people in the restaurant and it took them more than 20min to give us our delivery order that we ordered online before we got there. Staff seriously can't move at a slower pace because it's physically impossible. Once we got our food, we only got half of it and had to wait longer for the other half. Our toddler lost all patience throughout the wait. Fast food? If I wanted to wait so long I would have made a reservation a week in advance."
