Starbucks

"It’s a good place to ‘get away’ from the hospital setting. I wheeled my daughter downstairs and we sat for a few minutes and listened to the holiday music and enjoyed the smell of sweet drinks and pastries. BUT…the majority of the people working there were not very friendly, and neglected to let me know what if they give me my receipt, I could bring it back for a refill within 4 hours. I did have one person let me know this, and I very much wish I could remember her name. The rest of the staff acted as if I was bothering them and were actually quite rude about it. The thing they forget is that us visitors are there trying to cope with difficult situations. A simple smile or just not making up feel like a bother, would go a really long way in this particular Starbucks. PS: the coffee was good. I just ordered plain brewed coffee each time."

"The third shift baristas are fantastic! So friendly and happy every single time. They make the middle of the night so much better."

"I work night shift so caffeine is a life saver to make it through these 12 hours. I spend at least $100 a month at this Starbucks. I always get excellent service. The third shift crew always has an inviting and fun energy. My drinks no matter how complicated are always made right and they always check to make sure I am satisfied."

"Great music. Love the smell of coffee as with any other Starbucks. However, this location has horrible customer service. Staff operates with no urgency to take care of orders. Most of thepeople that go to this starbucks are health care professionals as myself and we don't have much time at all. Yes there is an option to preorder but those orders can sit there for a while and turn into soggy drinks. This is why I prefer going down to get the coffee myself. please please take into consideration your customer base, the time, and the way the coffee is made. Our patients will greatly appreciate how uplifted we are from our daily dose of coffee!"

"8 employees (9 if you count what appeared to be a manager) and it took about 15 minutes to get my coffee during a slow period. The employees seemed more interested standing around and talking rather than filling orders. Honestly one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have had."
