"Went there this morning for a drink and had a great experience! Alvin helped me, and I didn’t catch the name of the employee was shadowing them but they were both so sweet!! Even offered to remake my drink if I didn’t like it :)"

"I was surprised that this Starbucks didn't have seating, indoor or outdoor. It is just a pick-up kiosk. Same variety of Starbucks' specialty drinks and food, variety of mugs and tumblers, just no where to sit. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Normally, this location is great. I did have some issues today. I ordered through the app, and came into the store to pick up. The staff, as always were welcoming and polite. The problem I encountered today was that the barista gave me a cup, that was damaged. The damaged cup caused the lid to come off and spill in my vehicle. So now I am wearing 1/4 of my drink, another 1/4 is all over the car and I only have half of my drink."

"Really neat type of Starbucks that I hadn’t seen before! Basically a wooden anteroom where you get your order, rather than a full large shop. Anyway, service here is great, especially compared to the hit-or-miss Harris Teeter Starbucks nearby (which has weird supply chain issues very frequently for some reason? Like yeah I get it, the pandemic messed some stuff up, but they were out of pumpkin spice for most of last fall, which is like… why would you go to Starbucks if not for that sweet sweet PSL?). Anyway this is my new go-to Starbucks location!"

"It’s heavily debated in my circle that Starbucks is overrated. In my opinion they are perfect. When I don’t have time to eat breakfast before going into the office or when I’m working from home and need a quick pick me up. This ninth st location is what I’ve been waiting for and I’m happy it’s here."
