"I was just at Chick-fil-A at Davis Lake, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and pleasant ordering process. "I ordered dinner for my family tonight through the drive thru and when I got home the two chicken sandwiches were not done. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. I tried to call the store several times and no one would answer. This will be the last time I ever go to the Davis Lake location. Since new management took over this location a couple years back it continues to go down hill."

"So for this particular location I would suggest you order at the store (drive thru or inside is fine). Their mobile line takes longer than the drive thru line and they’ve given me the wrong order twice in said mobile line. Also, the cones and signs for each line need to be rearranged. I’ve seen multiple cars have to back out because the mobile line isn’t clearly marked."

"This is the worst service ever. I have experienced in a Chick-fil-A organization. Got all the way back to my office from ordering a salad and realized that I did not have any salad dressing inside of the bag when I ordered and paid for additional ranch dressing. Had to drive all the way back to the location. I want to meet and be greeted by a rude employee who refused to give me the store manager’s information following that the manager of the property whose name apparently happens to be Stan Stepp who did not come out and greet me, but instead used his employees to sleep through them did not offer me a refined even though I had to drive 15 minutes back to the location to replace something that should have been already done before I went there I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to report. This agree just behavior. This manager needs to be removed from this location as I look through these reviews everyone seems to have the same experience. This is horrible world-class poor customer service. See receipt details below."

"I absolutely can not stand this Chickfila. How is it that I got a burnt sandwich? I tried calling once I got to work and saw the sandwich, but the call said that my call was forwarded to voicemail. This sandwich went right in the trash at work! I will be calling back to see if I can get a redo! Really! A burnt mcmuffin bread! Also, the customer service for this Chickfila has gone down hill. I had problems during my last visit."
