"I hope you don't like iced coffee. I try to be reasonable but this is the 2nd week in a row I have gone to this Starbucks and ordered an iced drink it comes up on the screen as an iced drink and yet when I get to the window they spend quite a while making the coffee only to hand me a hot drink and then look at me like I'm insane for being upset that I was given something I did not ask for"

"Sometimes it gets a little cramped for space while waiting for your order. The consistency of the drinks are hit or miss. There's been multiple times the baristas are focused on chatting with each other rather than taking care of the customers standing at the register waiting to place an order. I go here since it's the closest location to my house."
