Wingstop

"I’ve eaten at 2 different Wingstops in Charlotte and both were pretty good. I ordered and waited about 15 mins which was fine to me. The food i ordered was right and still warm when i got home."

"Went to Wingstop for dinner with my partner, was super excited for some boneless wings and chicken tenders. Got home and opened the boxes... was absolutely disappointed. The boneless wings were barely coated in the sauces we ordered (Spicy Korean BBQ and Mango Habanero), and the tenders were not at all what we ordered! We wanted Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan, and we ended up getting tenders with little to no seasoning and a VERY mysterious gooey sauce. Very disappointing visit, will probably never come back here."

"I ordered through the wingstop website for delivery. In all, I ordered 2x 20pc combos each with a side of fries. TWENTY!! boneless wings and a side of fries were missing from my order. No receipt was in the bag. The bag was still sealed by the restaurant. I have tried calling the restaurant at least FIFTEEN different times and nobody ever answers. How is the voicemail system not even set up?? Please help me understand how only HALF of my order can get sent out the door for delivery and the phone at the restaurant is either muted or nonfunctional?? Like, it’s only 7:30… you guys are open until 12 and nobody can pick up the phone?? This isn’t even the first problem I’ve had with this location. This one is horrible."

"Staff took their good damn time stating they get paid by the hour. Staff didnt k ow how to spell or read when i said i was there to pick up food that clearly had a name that wasnt normal , but easily spoken .Waited an extra 20 minutes for food that was already placed in To go area. Fried were over cooked and all food was cold. Dry lemon Pepper wings had a buttery juice in tray"

"For this location I have never had any issues with my orders. Today I went to pick up wings for my family ordered the spicy Korean and hot lemon pepper. I took 2 stars away because I watched the worker put raw chicken in the fryer then go right back to fixing orders I couldn’t believe it. My order was already fixed but I was very shocked. I wouldn’t just not go to this location but I would say order and go inside. I wanted to speak with the manager but he wasn’t around. Overall ok experience not sure if I personally will visit again."
