"I do like the clothing here. This is my style when it comes to shirts. The staff are usually ok, I've had those times where I've felt like I was more of a burden than a potential client. I don't believe this is a staff problem but a management problem, I believe the owners/management want a certain attitude for their employees, which I get. I don't like it but their shirts are the best fit so I deal with it. I've seen worse treatment with other customers, so apparently, I'm not treated the worse. Some have a more difficult time shopping."

"Way to go to this store for being a diamond in the rough. Their staff not only was friendly and helpful but checked on us a few times. The store was clean and Scott seemed to manage his team very well. We were offered help, a fitting room and to sign up for their rewards. They helped us feel like valued customers. We will return to this store again and would highly recommend it to other shoppers."

"Shopping for clothes that pass school dress code is Hard these days with all the rips and stuff. We stopped in American Eagle to see what they had since we were at the mall. Hands down, the best customer service out of any store we went into!! The ladies working the morning of October 2 were so helpful and friendly. One showed us all the jeans they had that would pass school dress code and let us know we could try them on (unlike another store in the mall). Really wish we could have caught it when the jeans were on sale because $70 for a pair of jeans was crazy. But we did get a pair and 2 sweatshirts that were on sale. Definitely appreciate the wonderful help and friendliness of the employees working!"

"So when I walk in I was not greeted. And the store was full of employees. I went with my son and brother to shop. So while I’m looking at the clothes for my son. One of the employees is just standing there staring at me and she didn’t even say welcome or anything. She was just staring at me looking lost like she’s didn’t know what she was doing. This is the first time I’m here after awhile it was uncomfortable. A young lady Veronica did greet me finally and was very nice. You guys need some customer service training or something please. Treat like you want to be treated"

"Friendly, great customer service. The Manager (Jessica) spent 15 maybe 20 minutes with me trying to make sure my two AE cards were linked and installing the AE app on my phone. She wasn't rushing or distracted by anything surrounding her. I thought it was awesome. She was extremely tuned into what I need. I love this store!!"
