"I placed an order tonight, and when it arrived, the fries were still undercooked. I called the restaurant and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager. When I told her about the issue, she was rude and actually hung up on me. People like her can harm your business. It's the employees, not the business itself, that can cause problems."

"Customer service was absolutely terrible to where I'm writing my first review. Hostess was talking on the phone cursing while taking our order and had no manners. Coworkers were arguing, cussing and did not take into consideration the customers who were eating. It was not well cleaned up and was dirty. Overall, the food was good as hell, but the people running this business had no decorum."

"This evening we ordered three wing combos. I was pleased with the wings however the fries were not what I expected. There were huge cuts of potato that did not resemble some of the other fries. They were huge and nothing like a fry. It is just irresponsible to send this type of product out the door."

"The little girls that work there are HORRIBLY rude! Went in to pick up my order, three females were standing talking to each other in a huddle in the front, When I came in they were annoyed they had to service any customers. I had to stand there and wait for them to even acknowledge that I was waiting. One of them actually got rude and tried to argue with me about my fries! She was extremely nasty!!! Telling me I can’t have fresh fries if mine were cold because “I should’ve been here on time to pick it up!” Fries get cold quickly. I tried telling her I got caught in traffic and she just was stuck on pure unprofessionalism and rudeness! Beware in this location cause they definitely don’t wanna be there nor work! If they treat customers like this they shouldn’t be able to work there or anywhere especially when customer service is involved."

"Employee Telly rung up my order and was very friendly and attentive. I planned on picking up my order but decided to eat in because of how welcoming and pleasant everyone was. If I had the extra money I would have tipped that's how good the service was. Telly deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service !"
