"I ordered an iced coffee online for pickup. The coffee was ready when I arrived but after leaving realized my coffee had an iced tea flavor to it. I don’t know if they accidentally put iced tea in my coffee or if they used a machine that had previously been used for iced tea, but I was disappointed that I did not realize this before leaving the store."

"The Cashier was very short-tempered and rude to this morning's customers. Granted the place was crowded and may have been short-staffed and no cooks were present, but that was no reason to take it out on the customers. This should've been the time for her to call on her reserves, focus, and get it done with a get-it-done outlook and better attitude. I know from experience...I'm a Cashier and work with the public too. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day for her."

"It’s really hard for me to believe that the national chain and a wonderful store like is in Chapel Hill NC Does not have condiments for their sandwiches. I have asked twice for mustard for an egg and cheese sandwich and they can’t carry the little packets. Apparently it’s just too difficult or too expensive for them to do this for their customers. I am to understand they have ketchup. But if you’re going to be a restaurant and a coffee shop as opposed to a donut shop, it seems you could cater to the customers a little better. Thank you."

"Genuinely a poor experience. We ordered a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a single donut, which, for the record, we ensured they had ready in the basket, so there could be minimal issues. Of course, however, it went rather poorly. The sandwich was fine, the coffee was very very poor, and the donut we simply never received. We checked to make sure we had ordered it, and we had, but unfortunately, it made no difference to the employees, who proceeded to give donuts to everyone else who had ordered them, but not us. To their credit, it was busy. But that doesn't really excuse the poor quality coffee and the lack of receiving a paid for item, especially when there was no issue for everybody else. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere."
