"Food was great. Be prepared for a wait because this location is busy on weekends. Waitress Bianca was excellent. Cashiers and hostess in front are a bit snappy but it’s busy and they are slammed so maybe they are just exhausted? Overall really good experience."
"Food looked great but the taste was lacking. Food came to the table at room temperature. Potatoes and waffle is good. The rest of the food was bland and boring. Water cups are hilariously small (6-8oz). Waited 45 minutes for a table on a Sunday. Food came out relatively fast but was cold. Server seemed high? Was confused when ordering items or asking questions, she also forgot to bring out items that we were charged for. Overall I would not recommend."
"Loving the new First Watch in Ballantyne. Definitely a great breakfast and brunch restaurant to visit if you have not been to one yet. The seats are comfortable, and the atmosphere is very inviting. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not busy. The service was good, as expected. For just opening, everyone was efficient and friendly. The food was delicious and tasted the same as other First Watches in the area. If you are looking for a good brunch spot, First Watch is the way to go."
