"This is far most the worst Wendy’s. I am a local in the neighborhood and this is the worst of Charlotte. If there was another one within range. I can guarantee you they would not receive any service and will shut down because they can’t reach sales. They take a advantage because they know they are the only ones on the west town of Charlotte. I’m just here to add to the reviews because I go here regularly and I feel you guys. 15 min per car is unacceptable. We have bad days but Everyday should not be tolerated. I advise to Contact corporate as well so we can get rid of this management and bring a positive experience for what a fast food chain is."

"Negative atmosphere, out of the peppermint shake, which was why I went there. So I settled for chocolate when my food was actually given to me it was A vanilla shake I said I had asked for chocolate and that was out. Instead of them saying oh I'm sorry we are out they just said vanilla is what we got and then looked at me like take the vanilla or nothing. No apologies nothing"

"I pulled to the drive thru for service and was sitting for 20 mins and no associate informed me that this location was closed. I also pulled up to the window to confirm this location was closed, The associates on duty (12/20/23 @ 1:36am ignored me at the window). This is absolutely inconsiderate of the staff to ignore hard working customers. As long as this establishment is open there's no excuse to not do your job. If hours changed there should be a sign and customers should not be ignored. This is absolutely bad busy for Wendy's!"

"black bald head manager was very rude threatened to call the police on me like he did to other dashers who did no give prior notice of arrival to pick up an order- it was 9:30 pm on a Saturday not very busy I passed the order box to go straight to the window ,from passed experience with other agents who told me to do as much ,once I alerted him I was a door dasher he closed the window in my face mid sentence after I spoke and Said he would call the police if I did no go back around and announce my arrival it was very ignorant why would I need the police to be called on me as if I should be afraid? All in all I would no recommend going to this Wendy as they have bad customer service if the manager acts in such a manner imagine the counter agents!"

"The person working the drive through had an attitude and was extremely rude when we wanted to change the order, saying we should have said what we wanted the first time. I am appalled, I worked in fast food for two years and would never speak this way to a customer"
