"Went at 2p on a Friday. Short line, very friendly man on the mic taking orders. Super pleasant. Aquita at the drive thru window was very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service. My order was right and overall a surprisingly great experience."
"No quality check. Consistently gives less items than the items that were ordered. Also does not provide receipts & usually gets the orders wrong. Employees seem stressed & over worked. The prices have gone up over the last couple years which i can understand, however quality has suffered big time. Taco bell as an Org does not seem to focus on quality control around service. They have almost made it impossible for employees to perform well due to the amount of workload."
"CHOICES the employee definitely deserves a HUGE raise truthfully she was so so Sweetest and Kindest person! I was waiting for 5 min for my food and it was a pleasure watching her bring out food with such a genuine smile it’s so rare to see that kind of kindness now and i’m grateful that she was there today so thank you Choices (beautiful beautiful name) and i hope a manager so someone sees this and realizes that your a rare Gem!"
"Warning: If you see the drive thru empty, DO NOT order food! Some genius has decided that the best way to keep the line short is to tell EVERYONE to "pull around front and we'll bring your food out." But they don't ask for names or give out order numbers. The result? 25+ min wait times (after ordering), wrong orders, multiple customers standing around angry. Just a disaster. Possibly the most chaotic fast food restaurant in the city. Not worth it. Why can't more places be like Chic-Fil-A?"
"So this particular taco bell is 8 minutes away from the house. Right up on Sunset Rd. I hadn't eaten anything all day long, and it's approximately 8 pm on Friday night. I ordered around $30 worth of food, and when I was ordering, they asked if I wanted some hot sauce with my meal. I said yes, the fire and some extra please. While I was paying, I reiterated my request for the fire and plenty of extra. Meanwhile, the cashier is just staring through me, like I had a 3rd eye in the middle of my forehead. I even checked myself in the mirror. Anyone who went through the drive thru was asked to park around front. After pulling through the drive thru, with no one behind me, I stopped and was putting up both my wallet and phone. The same drive thru cashier came out with someone's order, looked over at me, and told me, " That's not the parking area." I told her that I knew this and was just getting situated. After waiting almost 20 minutes, the same cashier from drive thru finally brought me my food; said not a single word and just handed me my bag and walked off. I always check my orders. After looking through the bag, I counted only 3 hot sauce packs after spending close to 30$. I took my cane and hobbled back into the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant and standing in front of the cash register, she proceeded to walk right past me and completely ignored me. After finally getting her attention in a personable manner, I asked for some hot sauce. She pointed at the counter in back of me and said, "There." After grabbing some more packs of hot sauce, I hobbled back out to my truck. The same young lady from drive thru was delivering a bag to the car next door to me. After delivering their food, she just began staring at me as she walked away. I asked her if I had done something to offend her, and she said no. I asked why she had completely ignored me and just kept staring at me in the most rudest and disrespectful way imaginable. She said that they were busy. I said that I already knew that because I had waited 20 minutes for my food, just like everyone else. In as polite a way as possible, I told her not to even worry about. And people wonder why fast food places can't find people to work there. You get what you pay for. Then, they have the audacity and nerve to complain about their wages. If this is a franchisee or corporate store: this is one person that you don't want in the window interacting with your customers. This destroyed any feelings of goodwill that I might have had for this or any type of "chain" restaurant. "I WILL NEVER, EVER EAT HERE AGAIN." If this is the best that you can do, close your doors. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you."
