"Picked up a mobile order today 1/1/2024 at 12:20pm. Horrible service Nasty attitude from employe at the front desk. Told her she gave me the wrong order and she got loud saying "I gave you what we have" we told her what all comes with the order and she said "we gave you what we got don't know what else ya want me to do for you." Nasty attitude, Loud, disrespectful. I want a Refund is what I want. Getting yelled at as an adult by a Ghetto loud employee is not what I expected for my 1st meal of 2024 on our family vacation. Extremely bothered with this experience right now! Never ever have I heard someone speak like that to a customer and felt like public humiliation! I don't argue or go back and forth with people like that, angry and loud for what ma'am. That lady seriously needs to be fired. Whole place needs a sweep and training!!"

"134 West Woodlawn Rd in Charlotte. At this location for the first time we were in a group of four visitors, two from Brazil and two from Texas and got extremely disappointed with the service, food, environment and above all the management. After food were ordered it take more than 40 minutes to the server come to us to say that they don't have the ingredients to prepare the ordered food. After a making a different order we had the same problem again. The server tried to ask the kitchen personnel which also ignored what was going on. After a long wait time, the food started to come to the table all in different times no allowing us to eat all at the same time. The food quality was just terrible. Salmon was disintegrate on a plate, pancake was cold, pesto white egg was stuffed with crushed and disintegrating tomatoes and all watered. The only good thing was the orange juice. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong but not all at the same time like with this good chain of restaurants. There was not managers to even try to get the problem resolved. Not even at the time to pay for the food things went smooth to know who pays what. Our wait time was ridiculously too long for an empty restaurant as it was on a Tuesday around 5:00 PM. I do not recommend this location to anyone."

"Stopped here for breakfast with the family. Food was amazing. Got our food on time, everything was fresh. Had one of the most amazing servers ever named Jessica. She was very patient, sweet, attentive, made sure we had everything we needed and then some. One of the best servers I’ve encountered In a while honestly. Need more servers like her."
