"I ordered online 11/28/23, went to the store to pick up the order and it was closed! Still waiting for charges to reverse back to my card. Call the corporate customer service line, didn't get the best service. I was told I would be contacted the next morning. Never happened. I will never spend another dime with this store and I recommend you all stay away."

"All the reviews are true. Just waited 20 minutes in the drive through. One employee working. Never came to the window after we ordered. Finally had to drive away. As a business owner myself, I highly suggest you staff your location better and stop leaving generic franchise responses to these legitimate comments before you're out of business. You clearly are doing nothing about the issue."

"“Freaky fast” is a joke at this location. I was actually already going to give a bad review simply because of how rude the lady taking my order through the drive-thru was but the visit only got worse. They did not have the potato salad or pasta salad advertised on the sign, which would have been okay, except for the attitude that the employee had. She seemed angry I asked for it in the first place. There was 1 car in front of me who appeared to get 1 sandwich and I waited 19 minutes for my food. I ordered 2 regular sandwiches and 1 slim. Once I got to the window, the employee were arguing with each other. Will not be back to this location."

"I had never had a bad experience with a Jimmy John’s until I tried this location today. How is it that on a Saturday evening at 6pm, you’re out of all your cookies, most of your chips, and several of your drinks are not working? And then the soda you do give me is completely flat? I didn’t even eat my sandwich because it looked terrible. I’m pretty sure the ingredients were old and I didn’t even want to take the risk. I’ll never come back to this location."

"I’ve attempted to eat here multiple times. Sometimes they have not opened by opening time or have closed before closing time, other times no one is there in the middle of the day. The one time I’ve successfully gotten a sandwich from here I had to wait a good while and it appeared that there was only one worker. Bummer, I was excited to have a JJ close to home. I don’t attempt anymore."
