"Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen located in Westerly Hills Plaza Shopping Center has some great, great Fried Chicken!! Perfectly cooked, and seasoned served with friendly staff. They nail the flavor and texture to truly make the perfect fried chicken. I’m not a fan of spicy chicken, and glad they have a mild option and not only peppery. Better than KFC by a lot!"

"I was a little disappointed that we waited over 20 minutes for our 5pc meals. It seems a lot of Popeye's locations don't have the spicy chicken tenders ready to go like they do the regular, because this is the third or fourth location where I've had this experience. The taste and freshness was great as always once we finally got our food."

"Employees are so uninviting. Always on their phones are appearing to be busy doing nothing. Young lady last night never asked what I wanted. I assume she would take my order. I felt as though she didn't want to be there or was interested in satisfying the customers. It's just horrible. Chicken was fresh.."

"Today was a special day. I was able to break bread with POPEYS off Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte. The young lady taking my order at the drive through was polite and even though it was barely after 11am the cook expedited my order. The chicken sandwich was fresh, hot and delicious. The fries and sweet tea were wonderful as well. Thanks Popeyes for hooking me up one again!"
