"Freedom Drive Charlotte NC. I am a customer service manager and the amount of unprofessional that I have experienced at this particular restaurant is ridiculous. I do believe that there needs to be some type of customer service training and how to take orders. I get that things may be hectic but always remain professional and know that you don’t take nothing home that you experience at work."

"The two lines are confusing but besides that this location isn’t bad. I would recommend people using the left lane, it’s slightly faster. And definitely check your bag before leaving! It’s fast food so don’t except 5 star food but it’s pretty good if you need something quick. If you go after midnight be prepared to wait at least 15/20mins!"

"This is my second time at this location. Way less food than other Cook Outs and their fries are unseasoned and hard. If you are in the drive through, don’t use the far right lane. 10 cars went through the left lane in the time I was waiting in the right lane."

"i understand that cookout can’t be the highest quality due to how affordable it is, but this is ridiculous. the patty they gave me did not even take up 50% of the bun and their new fries are 10x worse than the old ones. oven baked grocery store fries taste better than these."

"This is a Decent establishment, like most cook outs it's fairly busy especially on the weekends. During the week you may be able to get through the line in the evening hours within less than 7 minutes which is fairly decent for cookout. The weekly staff are professional and attentive. I gave them 4 stars because I have had my order incorrect on a few occasions. Overall this location is a win."
