"Waited 30 minutes until they opened (no problem) then made my order only to be told 10 minutes later that they had no tomatoes. How does a sub place not have tomatoes? And why couldn't they tell anyone in line who all ordered at the crack of 7 this before we ordered? Also asked for mayo and got no mayo. Got some meat and lettuce on a dry bun basically. Should have read the reviews first."
"This is my first time trying this place, but it won’t be my last! I got the Italian sub no onions and although the line is ALWAYS crowded, I had time to wait today. I’m so glad I did! I’m not a bread person, but I tried the sub anyway. The bread tasted freshly made, and it was simply delicious! Next time I’ll try the sub in a bowl (without bread). I see why there’s always a line! Stop by any location and let me know what you think. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed."
"I'm not sure where their bread came from. It looked like a cheap store-bought sub roll. It was pretty dark for white bread and was tough and chewy. I went to Jersey Mike's because I love their soft bread and it is easy to chew. I recently had dental surgery and knew I could eat there...I was so wrong. I couldn't eat the bread. Soooo disappointed!"
"Compared with other Jersey Mike’s locations, the selections here are fairly limited. That’s to be expected in a small location like this one. What is not to be expected: the 30 - 35 minute wait from getting in line to receiving your sandwich. About 10 minutes of that time was waiting in line. Interacting with the staff to order was pleasant and quick, but at times there seems to be only one staff member making subs, and the wait time AFTER ordering was 20 minutes, longer for some other people. Certainly a risky idea if you have a tight connection, but probably superior to some of the other fast food venues nearby. Sandwich: ham & provolone, not too bad, not mind-blowing, either. Prices are also inflated, as you expect in the airport. Payment is by credit card only."
