"Truly lives up to the slogan, nobody out pizzas the hut."
"We normally order for delivery. The service when giving our order is always very nice & taken correctly. The food is also always exactly what we ask for. And the delivery people are also terrific & the food gets here hot. Last time the driver was running later than normal. Ended up he was stuck in traffic due to a car accident. He called Pizza Hut, they made another order for us. He turned around picked it up & delivered the food hot. That was great service."
"Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in over 25 yrs. Got a personal pan Pizza. Lunch special. $6. Pizza ok. Comes with drink. Not being a Pepsi product fan, I decided on tea. Way to sweet. I'll say the lady who took my order, Takya, was very nice and polite. I remember going to Pizza Hut in the 70s & 80s. A few times in 90s. Just thought I'd drop by and see how things were today. Can't say I'll be back. Best of luck to Pizza Hut. They appear to do enough business to stay in business."
"The Harrisburg, NC Pizza Hut consistently has our order hot, ready, and correct when we visit. We haven't had any issues using the drive-thru pick-up window whenever we order ahead. Pizza Hut may have the nostalgia effect on me (book club, personal pan pizzas, NBA trading cards), but the pizza is also good for it being mass-produced pizza from a chain restaurant."
