"I love chick fil à, I DONT love this store. the quality of the food at this store has gone down. I just placed a door dash and the order was incorrect. It was supposed to be a grilled lettuce wrapped sandwhich but I got a regular chicken sandwhich. I ate the chicken sandwhich and it didn’t taste as good as it normally does. the fries also tasted like they’ve been sitting out. really disappointed."

"Our experience at Chick-fil-A in Lake Norman for our three-year-old's birthday party was fantastic! The staff and manager were amazing, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the play area. They went the extra mile, ensuring our return and even provided complimentary items. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service!"

"We had a church group of 45 kids, arriving in a bus along with everyone else in the very busy lunch crowd. The service was excellent, cheerful and helpful, despite being as busy as they were. We were served quickly. It is amazing how pleasant and prompt the service was. There is a reason chick fil a is my favorite fast food restaurant, and even though more expensive than McDonalds or Wendy’s, so worth it."

"I'm a vendor that works off the commission so I got to be everywhere quick fast and I don't really have the option to turn around and you get a refund or debate bad food. it's either constant or I never go there again. The only thing I've ever had an issue with is the ice coffee, but everything else is perfection for this location. Side note, you know they get busy, I'm not referring to Prime Time hours."

The establishment is clean, fun, kind and nice. High Schoolers promoting their mantra "our pleasure" with a smile :) The service was A+++ and we enjoyed our quick bite. Lastly, they have a new automatic disposal system which was fun, using."
