"Everything they did was fine, but my my burger buns on a Big Mac was the size of a half dollar. The McDouble was bigger and more fulfilling. What’s going on there?"

"Order #1459 First let’s start by they gave me the wrong food. That wasn’t too bad. The problem I have is my food is wrong and the quality was terrible. How do you expect someone to pay $31.00 for this kind of service. What pissed me off more was I was feeding my child some of my food."

"I understand the drive thru, and fast food restaurants, I used to work in a few different places, when I was younger. Now as a customer, I just wanted a gallon of sweet tea, that is all. But I couldn't get that one gallon of sweet tea. I would think that each fast food restaurant would work as a team. But they don't, at this particular McDonald's. If the person that does the inventory discovers that they are out of plastic gallon containers, please let the other employees know, so they can tell the customer that they can't get a gallon of sweet tea. If you offer gallons of sweet tea to customers, please make sure that you are able to keep your customers happy!! I'm sorry that I had to leave such a comment. Please keep gallon jugs in stock!"

"Literally the most staple of menu items, their #1 sandwich The Big Mac, and it was terrible. It was as if they threw all of the ingredients in the box and didn't bother to even construct it properly. There was just everything put on the bottom bun and topped with the middle bun and then top bun put on top of that for what reason who knows. How can such a simple, token sandwich not be done correctly(see pictures). No effort at all was given and to BOTH at that. BOTH of them wouldn't pass for even a basic Big Mac"

"Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and found mold on my bread. Decided to still eat the sandwich and just took off the top bun. However, the sandwich tasted like it had just been sitting there for a while. The bottom bun was burned and hard and the chicken was barely warm. Overall, very unsatisfying."
